What was the name of that song?

Two absolutly valueless bits of information
haunted me for most of the day. The main
reason it haunted me was because I couldn't
find the answer at either Google or Yahoo! search
engines.

So, in case you ever want to know the name of
the song about New Orleans with the line:
"The air's so thick and free, it's
Like lovin' arms around me."

The name of the song is Border of the Quarter
and it's sung by Leon Redbone in his Red to Blue
CD.
